Similar to other telco’s – 3 Mobile has announced customers on post-paid cap plans will now get free mobile internet access to social networking sites including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn and Foursquare.
Due to the popularity of social networking sites 3 is making this offer available with no time limits or data limits – you do not even need to purchase a 3 Mobile Internet Pack.
Customer can access the sites for free through the Planet 3 portal, mobile web or via their official handset applications.
For a long time 3 Mobile has offered free access to Skype on selected handsets – one of the first to do so.
This is a great move as other telco’s like Optus and Telstra have create free social networking access aswell.
The offer is available to all new and existing customers on 3 Mobile.
