Australian Defence minister & fake Twitter account

John Faulkner, who is the Australian Defence minister has had to explain to parliament about a fake Twitter account created in his name.

The account SenJohnFaulkner looks fairly legitimate, however the Minister has said he does not user Twitter or Facebook.

Unfortunately with Twitter there is alot of impersonation going on, and when that enters the political arena swift action has to be taken to prevent the public and authorities from being misled.
