Jessica Mestre

Jessica is a student of Mass Communications at the Central Institute of Technology in Perth. Her enthusiasm and curiosity for life have made her a keen observer of those around her. Growing up in both France and Ireland gave her an awareness of how diverse the world is and a thirst for travel and discovery. In 2002 she graduated with a BA (Hons) in Russian Studies and lived in Saint- Petersburg for a year. She only wishes that Facebook and Twitter had been around in the 90’s as a means to share with the rest of the world her love of arts, languages and society. After working in Education as a teacher of Modern Foreign Languages for 5 years, Jessica has finally decided to pursue her dream of working in the media industry and is on a journey of self-discovery. She’s fallen head over heels with Australia and hopes to one day make it in the real world as a journo/film maker.
