Microsoft’s search engine Bing plans to add user content from Geo-location social network Foursquare to their maps product.
Microsoft said in a blog post that Foursquare “tips” (ie comments) that Foursquare users submit for a restaurant/venue will show up on Bing maps.
This is an interesting move by Foursquare and Microsoft. Currently Foursquare uses Google maps as the built in mapping software for their application across several mobile devices.
This joint feature is due to launch later in the year.
