Facebook launches Gross National Happiness index to Australia

Everyday on Facebook users share how they feel with their family and friends through status updates.

These status updates give you an idea of what that person is doing, how they are feeling and whether the mood is generally positive or negative.

Facebook is now grouping together our collective status updates and measuring as a country our Gross National Happiness. The Gross National Happiness is determined by the difference between the positivity and negativity scores.

This is a great innovation from Facebook and you can see during holidays seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day we are in a positive mood! icon smile Facebook launches Gross National Happiness index to Australia
