Mobile based social network, Foursquare has now passed 3 million user registrations globally.
Whilst Foursquare’s popularity in Australia has not grown significantly over the past couple months, the USA and Europe continue to lead the way with new user signups.
Its estimated that around 16,000 people join the mobile service each day now.
It is unsure yet the impact Facebook places has had on Foursquare, but no doubt this will unfold shortly.
