Foursquare has released their own App store that allows users to interact with the Foursquare API and add photos and videos etc to your Foursquare check-ins.

500 apps have been created for Foursquare but there is no central search facility to find them yet. Plenty more technology vendors are expected to integrate with the Foursquare API in the coming weeks/months.
