As Global internet users how are we spending our time online?

Here are some interesting statistics for you to think about:

- 22% of our time is spent on social networking sites

- 42% of our time is spent viewing websites

- 36% is other activities such as email, web searches, commerce, shopping.

On a per person basis we on average:

- view 2600 web pages per month

- across 89 domains

- logging onto the net 57 times

Over 50% of Australian internet users access social media on a regular basis.

Australian internet users spend about 8 hours per month on social media/ networking sites.
