Apple Q4 Revenue 2011
Apple has just announced their 2011 Q4 revenue and earnings figures.
They are big!
CEO Tim Cook again thanked everyone for the support since Steve Jobs passing – “We’ll continue his amazing work”.
Here is the main points of interest:
– Revenue $28.27 billion USD
– 17.07 million iPhones sold
– 11.12 million iPads sold
– 6.62 million iPods sold
– 4.89 million Macs sold
– Net Profit for the quarter $6.62 billion USD.
Apple now has $81.6 billion in cash, and they predict next quarter revenue will reach $37 billion, no doubt due to the huge sales coming in from the iPhone 4S.
