Facebook Messenger for iPhone now available in Australia
Facebook Messenger for iPhone is a new mobile application by Facebook. It’s specifically a messaging application that allows you to chat with your Facebook friends in a much easier format.
The application supports for following features:
– Push notifications every time someone sends you a message on Facebook
– Ability to add your location and photos to messages
– Group conversations and chat functionality
Many have speculated in the future this application could replace SMS. It is similar in ways to the new iMessages application in iOS5.
