Adding Social Media Share Buttons to your Website

Below you will find the necessary links to add various Social Media sharing buttons to your website.

Each social network will have their own unique share code which you can add to any number of pages.

The best placement for these buttons is:

  • below the title of the article on the page
  • at the end of the article after the last sentence
  • in the top right hand side of the page
  • in the footer of the page

I’ts important to understand which social networks your website readers use, then add the appropriate button. I wouldn’t suggest adding every single social button available as that can increase the load time of your website pages.
