Google Buzz

Google Buzz is a social networking and messaging system designed and run by Google. The Google Buzz product has been designed to integrate with Gmail.

Users can share their social content such as short text messages/status updated, photos, video, and links. These messages and status updates can be seen from inside the users mailbox.

Google Buzz has already integrated with complimentary services such as, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Picasa, Blogger, FriendFeed, Google Reader, and identi.ca allowing users to cross post their social content.

When the product launched there was what some called ‘serious security flaws’ as user information like who they emailed last / have had most contact with was publicly available to their contacts.
