Australian Mining supertax gaining support, via Facebook
Kevin Rudd’s Super Profit Tax for mining giants is starting to gain more popularity with the general public and rightly so.
Australians want to benefit from the natural resources in our country – not giving all the profit to Global Mining companies.
So much so, that The Australian Workers’ Union have created a Facebook group to support the super tax. Only 200 members so far, but the group is very fresh.
Last week we reported on a coastal community near Sugarloaf Bay saving their tourist attraction Seal Rocks by a very strong Facebook petition, lets see how this one goes too.
