Facebook launches mobile apps for non-smartphone devices
Facebook has launched a new mobile application that will be able to run on simple/ non-smartphone devices.
The app has been built in conjunction with a company called Snaptu (www.snaptu.com). Snaptu builds basic mobile applications, and this particular Facebook app will be able to work on more than 2500 phone models, including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, LG and many other manufacturers.
More news to come as we hear info about compatible Australian providers that the application will work with.
