Facebook releasing Subscribe Button for Websites

on December 8, 2011 | Facebook | Comments (0)

Facebook for some time now has allowed the subscribe button on user profiles.

This has been particularly useful for technology leaders, reporters, public figure, politician, celebrity, athletes etc.

Facebook is now going to create a subscribe button that these people can embed on their websites, allowing users to easily subscribe to their public status updates.

Last week Google Plus was pushing their social network to politicians – Facebook has again rebutted with a great feature that I think will get plenty of use.

This new Subscribe button for websites will work very much in the same way as the Twitter follow button.

Facebook haven’t commented when this new feature will be ready, but we will let you know when it’s live.
