Google +1 launches in Australia

Google +1 has now been launched to some Google account users in Australia, with complete rollout due by the end of the week.
The Google +1 button could be considered, in my opinion a ‘Social search recommendation engine‘, as the button allows user to ‘vote’ for a particular piece of content/brand/identity in Google Search results, and also now available for installation on non-Google sites across the internet.
Users need to be logged into their Google account - https://www.google.com/accounts – and then can +1 websites in Google Search Results, and also on websites who choose who have installed the button.
So log into your account and Press the +1 button on my site here 🙂 ty.
Similar to the Facebook Like Button, Tweet button, Digg/StumbleUpon, LinkedIn Share etc. the Google +1 Button will sure add a whole new element to sharing content on the internet in a social manner, particularly as Google refins this product over time – I’m sure they will come up with some great ideas.

If you are a webmaster, consider adding the Google +1 button to your website so Google accounts users can share your content.
