The all new Google Docs  has gone live for all global users which includes a tonne of great new features. Google Docs is Google’s equivalent to the Microsoft Office Suite  or Apples iWork tools but it’s files remains in the cloud which allows for awesome collaboration amongst teams.

Two months ago Google announced some major new features including:

  • Group chat
  • real time collaboration tools
  • redesigned interface for documents, spreadsheets and drawings

The new collaboration tools is definately going to be handy for teams that need to work together on the same documents without having to email attachments or pass around USB thumb drives.
