Google Music Service due in 2 weeks

on October 26, 2011 | Google | Comments (0)

There are rumors floating around that Google’s music service could be launching within the next 2 weeks.

This will be a similar system to iTunes that Google are adding onto their free music store system at http://music.google.com – which currently lets users store up to 20,000 of their songs in the cloud for free. You can then listen to any of your songs on any computer or phone.

Google plans to promote the product and integrate it with their social network, Google Plus to help boost sales.

Pricing I imagine will be similar to iTunes and the Amazon MP3 store, around $1 per song.

Google have already released an Android application, Music Beta which many people are already using.
