Google Plus, Celebrities, Verified Name/ Profiles
Just a quick update to let you know that the Google Plus social network has released a feature similar to Twitter, whereby ‘Celebrities’ and Public Figures can verify their profile and get a Verification badge.
This is an interesting movie, I think Google needs to be careful it doesn’t become too much like ‘Twitter’.
However Google has even suggested that in the future they may allow more people to verify.
If you hover over the Verification badge you will see ‘Verified Name’.
