Google to stop using Windows OS

Google has reported that they are going to stop using the Windows OS for employees – mainly due to security concerns.

Google will is looking to switch to other operations systems such as Mac OS, Linux, and Google’s upcoming Chrome OS in an effort to increase security.

However certain Google employees will still be able to use Windows where required.

Microsoft has responded in saying that their investment in security surpasses many others in the market.

The fact is the Windows 7 operating system has some very advanced features for your average PC user, and also Internet Explorer 8 has time and time again showed its protection with it’s SmartScreen Filter.
