on November 7, 2011 | Klout | Comments (0)

Many people are getting into the hype of Social influence tool, Klout. The product has created their own niche in the social media community and many people are working hard to increase their social influence AKA Klout score.

Klout basically gives you a score out of 100 on how good your social influence is. 100 means perfect! So far only one person has got a score of 100, can you guess who? Justin Beiber!

So what are some tips to boost and increase your Klout score?

1. Interact with active users. Don’t tweet or chat with inactive users.

2. Don’t over follow users. Try get more people following you than people whom you follow.

3. Incorporate trending topics. If you can gain traction by talking about a trending topic on Twitter this will positively impact your Klout score.

I have got a Klout score of 42, which actually isn’t too bad. What’s yours?
