LinkedIn App – Year In Review
LinkedIn have just launched a new application that analyses your current connections and shows you who has taken a new job this year.
The app is called Year in Review and can be accessed here: http://yir.linkedinlabs.com/
1. You first authenticate your LinkedIn account with the new application:
2. LinkedIn will analyse the job data of your connections.
3. The system will output the data and show you the profile pictures of everyone who has changed job over the past year.
I have hidden the faces of my connections, but you are then able to click on previous years, 2011 and 2010 to see what has happened previously.
I have about 250 connections and 80 of them started a new job in 2012!
