Linux turns 20 Years old
On Saturday 17th of September was the 20th Birthday for Linux kernel, where version 0.01 was released.
You may not be aware but a huge amount of websites today run on a Linux operating system. In September 1991 the first Linux kernel was released to the public by Linus Torvalds.
The original kernel had about 10,000 lines of code, whereas the version today has over 13 million.
