Search Engine rankings – April
As Australian search engine data is not as freely available we look at the US market data courtesy of Neilson company.
In April 9.72 billion online searches we run.
Google had 65.7% market share at 6.4 billion searches.
Yahoo had 13.4% market share at 1.3 billion searches.
Microsoft’s Bing had 12.2% market share at 1.2 billion searches.
AOL Search had 2.5% market share at 245.8 million searches.
Ask.com rounded out the top five providers list with 184 million searches, or 1.9% of the total.
