Tinder Launches Group Dating In Australia

on April 26, 2016 | Tinder | Comments (0)

Tinder has rolled out a new group dating product as part of their app – and Australia is the first country to be given this release.

Tinder Social allows you and a group of friends (connected via Facebook) the option to create a group profile on Tinder, where you can then match with other groups.

After your group date, you then have the option to swipe individually on each of the group members if you’d like to keep chatting.

Some users have complained that this new feature is ‘outing’ them to their Facebook friends that they use Tinder.

A new update has just been rolled out where users can opt-out of Tinder Social if you don’t want this to be shown to your Facebook friends.

It will be interesting to see how the testing of this product goes in Australia, and no doubt Tinder will make this available to other countries soon.
