WordPress 3.3 Coming Soon

WordPress has changed the way web content is created and blogging as know it.

WordPress have been working hard on their 3.3 version release, which is expected to be released at the end of November.

There are a number of new features in version 3.3, the most useful being:

1. Redesigned Admin Bar

2. New WordPress menu on the left hand side of the page. This has common links to the WordPress site, support forums, documentation etc.

3. Updated Help Section

4. Popup Tool tips, this shows users the new functionality in version 3.3 with popup dialogues giving further info.

5. New Media Uploader which allows you to drag and drop files from your desktop.

I would expect in this update to also be a number of security releases which WordPress doesn’t usually draw a lot of attention to.

We will let you know when this update has been released to the public. It’s always a good idea to update to the latest version of WordPress, but generally to wait a few days after launch in-case there are some unforeseen bugs that quickly get resolved.
