Yahoo Australia launches entertainment news site
Yahoo Australia has launched a news service called The Hype that reports on all celebrity and entertainments news around Australia and globally.
Yahoo launched a similar service in the US in 2007 called OMG which has been very successful and generating a high readership.
The Australian service pulls content from Yahoo!7 Movies, Yahoo!7 Music, Yahoo!7 TV, and also stories from editorial partners.
Every day at around 9am users are able to watch The Hype Daily Gossip Show which is a 3 minute video of the latest celebrity news.
