Yahoo sells Delicious to YouTube Founders

Yahoo has now sold their social bookmarking service, Delicious, to YouTube founders Chad Hurley and Steve Chen.

There has been a fair amount of speculation that Yahoo was looking to sell off Delicious as they continually withdrew resources from the Delicious project.

Regardless the site continues to get high traffic (Alexa rank: 239) and it will be interesting to see what plans the new owners have.
