Zynga IPO – November

Zygna, the Social Gaming company is reported to be filing for IPO next month in mid-November.

Zygna has become a successful company by their numerous gaming applications on Facebook, such as: FarmVille, MafiaWars, Zygna Poker, City Ville, Empires & Allies being their most popular games.

Zygna has now also started building games on Google Plus.

Zygna hasn’t started pricing their shares so it’s still not clear what the initial share price may be.
