Facebook Bans Aboriginal Rap video, then reverses decision

South Australian Aboriginal rapper Colin Darcy, stage name: Caper, recently made a song/ video called “How Would You Like To Be Me”.

Apparently Darcy was sitting around in his local community when he heard some racial slurs about Aboriginal people that really made him angry.

In order to vent his frustration and anger Darcy made a rap video about the indicent and life in general which he posted to YouTube and also his Facebook page – http://www.facebook.com/pages/Caper/160251980479?sk=info

However Facebook didn’t like the video and banned it from his page. After his fans backlashed against Facebook’s decision, Facebook reversed their decision and let the video back on the site.

Darcy has thanked his fans for all the support they have given him.
