Google Search Quickly Indexing Google Plus Content

Now both personal and business pages are available on Google Plus there is currently a fair amount of content being shared. Not sure how long it will last but most major brands are atleast setting up Google Plus Business Pages.

The other day I wrote about Google Plus SEO and how you can maximise your profile and company pages.

If you want to quickly get content into Google Search, I’ve found out that posting links to this content on your Google+ profile will get it picked up fairly quickly – within 1 or 2 days and will also be shown in Google Alerts.

Considering that the links are ‘dofollow’ (ie not nofollow), then it seems for a number of reasons G+ content is indeed being indexed and pagerank’d rather quickly.
