Instagram – iPhone App of the Year
Apple iTunes has released their yearly figures of the most popular applications sold and downloaded through iTunes.
Apple also released their own favourite iPhone application picked by the Apple team, which this year is photo app Instagram.
This is a great feat by Instagram as their iPhone app is just getting more and more popular.
It’s also no surprise that Facebook was the No1 free app downloaded by users according to Apple iTunes reports.
Angry Birds was the most popular paid for iPhone/ iPad application.
