Instagram To Introduce Carousel Ads And Clickable Links

Instagram is introducing a new advertising product which will allow advertisers to display carousel ads.

Carousel ads are advertisements that allow multiple images to be views, by swiping across the screen.

At the end of the ad on the last image, users are then able to click on the ‘Learn More’ link which will redirect the users to the advertisers chosen URL.

This product is expected to roll out in the US first (and possibly New Zealand). We will keep you updated when this new advertising product from Instagram is active in Australia.
