MySpace ups security in wake of Facebook privacy concerns

MySpace has announced that their privacy options are changing which will result in user profiles to be defaulted ‘private’ only sharing personal information to friends.

This seems to be the exact opposite of Facebook’s current strategy.

MySpace, Co-President Mike Jones comments: “We respect our users’ desires to balance sharing and privacy, and never push our users to an uncomfortable privacy position.”
