Foursquare has updated their iPhone application to be fully compatible with the new iOS4 operating system.
This is version 1.9 of the Foursquare iPhone app.
Upgraded features include fast app switching, high resolution pictures and icons for the iPhone 4?s retina display, and a map views.
The Map view allows you to view where all your friends have currently checked in.
here is a screenshot of how it looks.
Pretty cool feature i think.
Apparently Foursquare is already working on version 2.0 of their app — which will no doubt be a significant upgrade to features and functionality.
