on September 1, 2013 | Australia | Comments (6)

australia240Another month has flown by and that means today we post our Social Media stats showing how many Australians are using our favourite social networks on a monthly basis.

You can view last months report here if you want to see the figures for July.

2. YouTube – 11,500,000 UAVs

Key Points to Note:

  • The tracking tools we use have shown some considerable variations over the last month. Leading sites like WordPress, Tumblr, Blogspot and LinkedIn are attracting new users on a daily basis, so continued growth is expected, as is ‘user churn’.
  • Facebook for the third time have released specific stats for Australia, if only Twitter would do the same (Twitter is yet to release Australian specific stats and have told me they do not track users by region).
