Korean pop star PSY has reached an incredible feat on YouTube – with his channel reaching over 3 billion views over the weekend.
Only 2 other artists have achieved such popularity on their YouTube/ Vevo channels – Justin Bieber and Rihanna.
PSY does hold the record though for having the first video on YouTube reaching 1 billion views, his popular hit Gangnam Style.
PSY’s new single ‘Gentleman’ also reached 100 million views in 4 days, making it one of the quickest and most viewed videos for such a short time frame.
His singles ‘Gangnam Style’ and ‘Gentleman’ have collectively achieved over 2.2 billion views from just those 2 songs alone.
Will PSY’s 3rd ‘western single’ – whenever it is released achieve such popularity?
