StumbleUpon Launches iPhone and Android Applications

StumbleUpon has launched iPhone and Android Applications so users are now able to ‘stumble’ content for them mobile devices.

The application lets you:

– Easily explore pages in your favorite topics and on top sites (Flickr, YouTube, Photos, News).

– The pages you bookmark from your phone are automatically synced with your StumbleUpon account on the web, so you can access your favorites wherever you are.

– Share easily with anyone using Email, Facebook, or Twitter.

The applications have been optimised to run on your mobile device.

Other services such as Digg have had mobile applications for sometime now. It seems StumbleUpon took their time to get into the mobile platform. Regardless it will be interesting to see any potential impact this has on increase user usage.
