Twitter Mobile Apps Updated To Now Include Photo Filters

So the battle between Instagram and Twitter has been heating up lately.

It seems Twitter have just updated their iOS and Android mobile apps to now include photo filters – very much like Instagram offer.

There are currently 8 filters available, which are:

  • Vignette
  • Black and White
  • Warm
  • Cool
  • Vintage
  • Cinematic
  • Happy
  • Gritty

and of course No Filter.

This is a big update from Twitter, showing both Facebook and Instagram they are in for the battle.

Obviously the photo experience between Instagram and Twitter feel totally different – but time will tell how users take to these new Twitter filters and if they get the amount of use Twitter are hoping for.
